Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83(1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.

Supervisor Brandenburg/Hoffman motion to convene into closed session, motion carried.

Supervisor Brandenburg/Hoffman motion to recess the closed session at 6:55pm, motion carried.

Supervisor Hoffman/Christensen motion to reconvene into closed session at 9:45pm and include the clerk. Motion carried.

Supervisor Hoffman/Hill motion to return to open session at 10:36pm, motion carried.

Supervisor Hoffman/Hill motion to approve the hire of Bridget Woods as clerk, to offer a salary of $18.50 per hour to start and transition to an annual salary of $30,000 on April 1st and be appointed clerk. Motion carried.
