Chairman Bill Burlingame called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 7:00pm. The Clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Public Comments
Resident Gary Poeppel asked the board about rezoning a lot from his property, however there is a restriction on his land prohibiting any more splits. This restriction was put on by a board motion in 1999. This will be on the September agenda.
Flood damaged homes being razed on Blackhawk Island Road. Public Works will video the road before and after.
Approve meeting minutes from July 22nd
Supervisor Christensen/Brandenburg motion to approve the July 22nd meeting minutes as presented, motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report for July
Supervisor Brandenburg/Christensen motion to place the July Treasurer’s Report on file, motion carried.
Public Comment
The City of Fort Atkinson has purchased land for development at Banker/Hoard Road. They would like to have a discussion with the Town regarding Banker Road and a possible road agreement/transfer. This will be on the September agenda.
Approve bills Supervisor Brandenburg/Christensen motion to approve the bills, motion carried.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.
Supervisor Christensen/Hoffman motion to convene into closed session and include Dan Butz (Public Works) and Clerk Kim Cheney, motion carried.
Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Hoffman/Christensen motion to return to open session, motion carried.
Supervisor Hill/Hoffman motion to increase Public Works employee Dan Butz $1 per hour and provide life insurance benefit at 3 times his annual salary. Motion carried.
