Chairman Bill Burlingame called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:15pm. The clerk verified the proper notices had been posted.

Chairman Bill Burlingame, Supervisor Jim Brandenburg, Supervisor Walt Christensen, Supervisor Stacy Kutz, Supervisor George Jaeckel and Clerk Kim Cheney present.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.

Brandenburg/Jaeckel motion to convene into closed session and include the clerk. Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.

Kutz/Jaeckel motion to return to open session at 6:45pm. Motion carried.

Jaeckel/Brandenburg motion to approve the clerk’s contract for Kim Cheney for two years, commencing on May 1, 2019 at an annual salary of $25,000. Motion carried.
