Call to order and verification of public meeting.

Chairman Bill Burlingame called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 10:00am. The Administrative Assistant verified the proper postings had been made. It was noted that within the original posting a typographical error was found. Within the body of the agenda notice the meeting time was indicated as 10:00pm. The Chairman conferred with WTA and the Town Attorney, William Cole, and it was agreed to proceed with the meeting.

Chairman Bill Burlingame, Supervisors Jim Brandenburg, Walt Christensen, Erik Hoffman, Matt Hill and Administrative Assistant Kim Cheney present.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.

Supervisor Hill/Brandenburg motion to convene into closed session and include the Administrative Assistant. Motion carried at 10:10am.

Adjourn Closed Session

Supervisor Hill/Hoffman motion to adjourn closed session at 11:40am, motion carried.

Return to Open Session and Action if any from Closed Session

No action and no decisions from closed session.
