Please Take Notice that there will be a meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong, commencing at 11:30am on Friday November 4, 2022 in the Town Hall located at W5609 Star School Road, Fort Atkinson, WI. Following and incorporated herein is an Agenda that sets forth the subject matters to be considered at this meeting.

1. Call to order and verification of public meeting.

2. Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene in closed session
pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(b) and (c) for considering employment, compensation or
performance evaluation data and dismissal, demotion, or discipline of any public employee
over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility (town clerk
officer).

3. The Board will reconvene in open session to take action, if any, on matters discussed in
closed session.
