Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at
6PM. The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session
pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the
purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.
Supervisor Hill/Jaeckel motioned to convene into closed session at 6PM and include Public
Works Superintendent Dan Butz and the Clerk. Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Jaeckel/Brandenburg motioned to return to open session at 6:52 PM, motion carried.

Supervisor Hill/Brandenburg motioned to raise Dale Krasemann’s wages by $2, Sawyer
Brandenburg’s wages by $4, & Robert Butz’s wages by $1, effective the current pay period.
Motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel/Hoffman motioned to adjourn at 6:53 PM, motion carried.
