Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:30 PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session
pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the
purpose of Public Works department employee reviews
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to convene into closed session at 6:32 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg.
Motion carried.

Closed session was paused at 6:55 PM, to be reconvened after the conclusion of the 7PM August
14, 2024, public meeting.

Closed session was resumed at 9:20 PM following the public meeting.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to return to open session at 10:14 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel. Motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to raise wages of Public Works employees Dan Butz to $39.25 &
Lucas Buckingham to $25.25.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman. Motion carried.

Adjournment
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to adjourn at 10:15 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Motion carried.
