Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:30 PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee reviews.
Supervisor Hill motioned to convene into closed session at 6:31 PM and include the Clerk.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel. Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 6:49 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman. Motion carried.

Supervisor Hill motioned to award the Treasurer an annual salary of $8500 for the 2-year contract.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman. Motion carried.

Adjournment
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to adjourn at 6:50 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Motion carried.
