Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:30 PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee review
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to convene into closed session at 6:30 PM and include the Public Works Superintendent and the Clerk.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman. Motion carried.

Closed session paused at 6:52 PM.
Closed session resumed at 8:40 PM.

Motion to return to open session
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 8:53 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hill. Motion carried.

Motion if any from closed session
Supervisor Hill motioned to raise Eaan Carson’s wages to $24/hour and add 40 hours of vacation.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel. Motion carried.

Adjournment
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to adjourn at 8:54 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel. Motion carried.
