Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:09PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Motion to convene into closed session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee review.
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to convene into closed session at 6:10PM to include the Clerk and Town Attorney William Cole.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Motion carried.

Motion to return to open session
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to return to open session at 8:02PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel. Motion carried.

Adjournment
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to adjourn at 8:03PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel. Motion carried.
