1. Call to order and verification of public meeting
The Chairperson called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:00 PM, and the Clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

2. Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

3. Motion to convene into closed session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee interviews
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to convene into closed session at 6:02PM and include the Clerk & Public Works Supervisor.
Seconded by Supervisor Hill.

4. Motion to return to open session
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 7:41PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg.
Motion carried.

5. Motion if any action from closed session discussion
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to offer the full time Public Works Crewmember position to Derek Pantone at a wage of $25.50/hour with the following terms: 90-day probationary period with potential raise increase to $26/hour thereafter, 1 week of vacation commencing January 1, 2026, 1 day of vacation to be used in the remainder of 2025, life insurance, WRS, compensatory time, insurance or HSA stipend, and with a requested start date of November 10, 2025, and pending pre-employment drug test.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.

6. Discuss only 2026 budget
Board discussed proposed 2026 budget.

Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to adjourn at 8:31PM.
