Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6 PM.

The Chairperson verified the proper postings had been made.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Motion to convene into closed session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee reviews & considerations
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to convene into closed session at 6:01PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.

Motion to return to open session
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to return to open session at 7:34PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.
Motion carried.

Motion if any action from closed session discussion
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to raise the hourly wage for Dale Krasemann by $1 and raise the hourly wage for Derek Pantone by $0.50.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to adjourn at 7:35PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Motion carried.
