Notice is hereby given that at a properly noticed meeting held on April 15, 2026, with a quorum present, the Town Board of the Town of Koshkonong adopted Ordinance No. 20260415, amending Chapter 218, Building Construction, of the Town Code.

The ordinance updates the Town Building Code to clarify adoption of certain Wisconsin Administrative Code provisions relating to electrical inspection authority and the State Uniform Dwelling Code, including SPS 316, SPS 320-325, SPS 327, and SPS 361-366.

The full text of this ordinance is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be viewed during regular office hours or on the Town website at www.koshkonongwi.gov.

This ordinance shall take effect on May 30, 2026.
