Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 7PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Motion to convene into closed session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee considerations. 
Supervisor Hoffman motioned to convene into closed session at 7:03PM and include the Clerk.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.

• Supervisor 3 Erik Hoffman: yes

Motion to return to open session
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 7:52PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
Motion carried.

Motion if any action from closed session discussion
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to amend the motion made on 5/13/2026 to advertise for a full time Public Works Supervisor and instead advertise for a part time Public Works Crewmember utilizing the same advertising budget.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.

Supervisor Brandenburg motioned to reschedule the July Town Board meeting to July 15.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.
