At a properly noticed meeting on September 23, 2026, with a quorum present, the Koshkonong Town Board voted unanimously to approve the following resolutions:

• Resolution 2026-0923 – Authorizing the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Sumner
• Resolution 2026-0923-BECU – A Resolution Opposing the Routing of the Bell Center- Columbia-Sugar Creek-Illinois/Wisconsin State Line (BECI) 765-kV Transmission Project Through the Town of Koshkonong

Published in the Jefferson County Daily Union on October 14, 2026, as well as at the Town Hall, this resolution, adopted September 23, 2026, will take effect on October 15, 2026.
