1. Call to order and verification of public meeting
The Chairperson called the annual meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at
6:00 PM., and the Clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

2. Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

3. Review 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to approve the 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.

4. Other Business
Board discussed the following topics: dog licensing, 2024 financial review, potential future road
work, wood cutting, DNR prairie burning behind Vinnie Ha Ha Road, DNR upcoming clean up
event on Blackhawk Island Road, grant writing, WISLR ratings. No action was taken.

5. Set Date for 2026 annual meeting: April 21, 2026 (3rd Tuesday)
Chairperson Cheney motioned to schedule the 2026 annual meeting for April 21, 2026.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.

6. Adjournment
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to adjourn at 6:45 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.
