The Chairperson called the public hearing of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 7PM.

The purpose of this public hearing is to take public input on the proposed ordinance amending Chapter 218: Building Construction. The proposed amendment updates the Town Building Code to clarify adoption of certain Wisconsin Administrative Code provisions relating to electrical inspection authority and the State Uniform Dwelling Code, including SPS 316, SPS 320-325, SPS 327, and SPS 361-366.

The Clerk explained the DSPS advised we needed minor edits to our code as the adopted state codes were listed in the wrong sections. The Chairperson opened up public comment. There was no public comment.

The public hearing was closed at 7:01PM.
