Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong Township to
order at 6 PM. The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Chairperson Kim Cheney, Supervisors George Jaeckel, Jim Brandenburg, Erik Hoffman, Matt
Hill, and Clerk/interim Treasurer Caitlin Kincannon present.

Chairperson Cheney introduced herself as the new Chair, as well as new Supervisor 1, George
Jaeckel, and new clerk Caitlin Kincannon.

Review 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes
Supervisor Jaeckel/Hill motioned to approve the 2022 minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Other Business
Supervisor Hoffman complimented our Public Works plow drivers on the past winter season.

Supervisor Hill inquired on any feedback regarding ATV use on Town roads. No resident
response. Chairperson Cheney advised this will be reviewed in July or August. Supervisors Hill
& Hoffman advised the board would consider golfcart use at resident’s request.

Resident George Golich inquired mailbox locations on Highway 106, and how some residents
must cross the road to get to their mailbox with heavy traffic on the highway. Supervisor Jaeckel
advised Mr. Golich to speak with the post office.

Supervisor Hill discussed Mosh Ko Se Day Park. Advised there has been success with the new
bathroom, and issues with dog waste not being properly disposed of. Possible signage considered. Chairperson Cheney advised that previous Supervisor Walt Christensen is currently storing/maintaining a mower, and suggested an agenda item for the next Town Board meeting to formalize that, with possibly reimbursing Mr. Christensen, or transferring ownership of the mower.

Resident Jae Ames inquired about if the annual meeting would include a financial report. The
Clerk advised that Johnson Block and our financial representative would be present at the May
meeting to present the CT Form.

Set Date for 2024 annual meeting (April 16 – 3rd Tuesday)
Supervisor Hoffman/Brandenburg motioned to schedule next year’s Annual Meeting for April
16, 2024 at 6pm.

Supervisor Brandenburg/Jaeckel made a motion to adjourn at 6:25 PM. Motion carried.
