The public meeting was broadcast and recorded by Zoom, and zero members of the public were present
at the start.

1. Call to order and verification of public meeting
The Chairperson called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 8:50PM, and the Clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

2. Discuss/Motion culvert on County Line Road
Supervisor Brandenburg observed the area, made suggestions.
Supervisor Hill motioned to remove the damaged end of the culvert and add 3inch clear rock for erosion control, and do no ditch work.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.

3. Public comment
None.

4. Motion to convene into closed session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) & 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purposes of employee considerations and legal counsel.
Supervisor Hill motioned to convene into closed session at 8:57PM and include the Clerk.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Roll call votes:

Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 9:47PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
