At a properly noticed meeting, on July 10, 2024, with a quorum present, the Town Board of Koshkonong
voted unanimously to approve an amendment to the ATV ordinance, permitting use ATVs on State
Highway 106 from Blackhawk Island Road to Sinnissippi Drive.

Posted in the Jefferson County Daily Union on Monday, August 12, 2024, and on the Koshkonong
website, as well as at the Town Hall. This ordinance will take effect after September 12, 2024, once
Jefferson County has posted proper signage on this section of road. The full ordinance is available on the Koshkonong website, or by inquiring with the Town Clerk.
