A certified letter was sent to the property owner indicating the violation and a request to resolve the issue prior to December 26 (approx 30+ days).

The Chairman has spoken directly with the property owner and they have offered up several scenarios to resolve the issue. The board did discuss penalties if the animals are not contained.

The board will follow up with this situation at the end of this month to see that there is not a continuing problem.

Discuss/Action roller purchase and optional uses

Public works superintendent Dan Butz reported that asphalt roller is not dependable and is in need of repairs. Because it is an older model, it is difficult to get replacement parts.
