The Chairperson called the public hearing of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 7:01PM.

The purpose of this public hearing is to take public input on a request for an above-quota “Class B” Intoxicating Liquor License and Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage (Beer) License, in Combination, for a Certified Event Venue for the current license year ending June 30, 2026.

The Chairperson opened up public comment. There was no public comment.

• Supervisor Brandenburg wanted to confirm that this above quota intoxicating liquor license was not taking away a license from any other business. Clerk confirmed and explained that with the new state law changed at the first of the year, these venues are now required to obtain liquor licenses, and the state is giving exceptions to venue who certify that they are eligible for an exemption. The Town of Koshkonong is at quota on intoxicating liquor licenses.
