The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairperson Burlingame at 5:35 pm The clerk verified that the proper postings had been made.

Members of the Town Board present: Chairperson Bill Burlingame, Supervisors Jim Brandenburg, Walt Christensen, Stacy Kutz, George Jaeckel, Deputy Clerk Robin Untz and Kim Cheney, Clerk

ANNOUNCEMENTS: None

Request for culvert on County Line Road: Christensen/Brandenburg to approve the bid of a culvert install on County Line Road for the cost of $6,522.10 to be divided between the Town and property owner, Jeff Hillman; $1,500 being the Town’s portion and $5,022.10 being the property owners share, pending possible advice of the town attorney. Sup. Jaeckel abstained. Motion carried. The invoice will be broken out into two by Jaeckel Bros., one for the town and one for the property owners.

Kutz/Brandenburg motion to move into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the WI ss for the purpose of employee reviews, employee considerations and employee compensation. Motion carried.

Jaeckel/Christensen motion to re convene into open session. Motion carried.

Jaeckel/Brandenburg motion to extend the contract of Kim Cheney as Town Clerk until the end of April 30, 2019. Motion carried.

Jaeckel/Brandenburg motion to set employee, Dale Kraseman’s hourly wage at $15.50 per hour for all Town road work including snowplowing, starting at the next pay period on January 27, 2019. Motion Carried.

Date set tentatively set for Jan. 30, 2019 to interview applicants for Treasurer’s position. ADJOURNMENT: Kutz/Jaeckel motion to adjourn. Motion carried.
