Chairman Bill Burlingame called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:30pm. The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Review current status of new shop construction and invoices
Public Works Superintendent Dan Butz discussed the current status of the shop addition and the agreement with the contractor to retain the original budget amount after all changes and his agreement to replace the concrete that does not drain properly. The contractor also submitted a revised invoice to show the correct deposit, amount due and balance as per the original estimate amount.

Approve progress payment to Bos Design for new shop construction
Supervisor Hoffman/Christensen motion to approve and pay the invoice submitted by Bos Design. No further discussion, motion carried.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.
Supervisor Hoffman/Hill motion to convene into closed session at 6:45pm and include the Public Works
Superintendent and the Clerk. Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Hill/Hoffman motion to return to open session at 8:14pm, motion carried.

Supervisor Hill/Hoffman motion to increase employee wages by $2 per hour for Dale Krasemann, Sawyer Brandenburg and Robert Butz effective January 22, 2023. Matt Welter to be increased $2 per hour effective November 1, 2022 with retro pay. No further discussion, motion carried.

Supervisor Hill/Brandenburg motion to hire Caitlin Kincannon as permanent full-time clerk, at a salary of
$58,500 and include a monthly HSA stipend of $200. No further discussion, motion carried.
