Dear Town of Koshkonong Resident,

Regarding our Quarry Operations at W7201 Vickerman Rd., you either reside within 1,000 ft of the quarry, have requested to be notified, or have been recommended by the Town of Koshkonong to be notified of when blasting is going to occur.

Rock Road intends to conduct our second blast on Friday, July 15, 2022. This blast should take place between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. This blast will be the same scope and size as past blast.

In a typical year, you could expect blasting notices in the spring and again in the fall We typically go into the quarry in the spring ad blast enough stone for the entire year. We will then go back to the site in the fall to produce enough product for winter months and the start up in the spring. On average, you could expect 5 or 6 blast in the spring and the same amount in the fall. There could be years where a large project is bid out of the C&C Naber Site and there could be an increase in the amount of blasting but on average 12 times per year.
