Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:30 PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of Public Works employee reviews.
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to convene into closed session at 6:31 PM and include the Public
Works Superintendent and the Clerk.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg.
Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 6:56 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hill. Motion carried.

Supervisor Hoffman motioned to raise Eaan Carson’s wages by $0.70, bringing his wage to $22.70/hour.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Motion carried.
