Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:40 PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee reviews.
Supervisor Brandenburg motioned to convene into closed session at 6:40 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel. Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 6:55 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hill. Motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to raise the wage for Ryan Butz from $22 to $24 an hour.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to adjourn at 6:57 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg. Motion carried.
