Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at
6PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session
pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the
purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.
Supervisor Jaeckel/Brandenburg motioned to convene into closed session at 6PM. Motion
carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel/Hoffman motioned to pause closed session at 6:58PM, planning to resume
after the completion of the open Town Board meeting beginning at 7PM on the same date.
Motion carried.

Supervisor Hoffman/Jaeckel motioned to resume closed session at 9:22 PM. Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Hill/Hoffman motioned to return to open session at 9:53 PM, motion carried.

Adjournment
Supervisor Jaeckel/Hoffman motioned to adjourn at 9:54 PM, motion carried.
