This meeting was broadcast by ZOOM. Supervisor Hoffman attended via ZOOM. It was not
recorded as there were no requests.

Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at
5:56 PM. The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session
pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the
purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.
Supervisor Jaeckel/Brandenburg motioned to convene into closed session at approximately 6 PM
and include the Clerk. Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Hill/Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 6:59 PM, motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel/Hill motioned to appoint Alicia Grulke as Town Treasurer at an annual salary
of $7000, contract to start June 1, 2023. Motion carried.

Supervisor Hill/Jaeckel motioned to have interim Treasurer Caitlin Kincannon train Alicia
Grulke for a maximum time of four months at her current Treasurer salary, with additional
training ongoing as needed. Motion carried.
