Clerk Bridget Woods called the 2022 Town of Koshkonong Board of Review to order at 6pm. The clerk verified the proper postings had been made for this meeting.

The Clerk verbally called the roll: Board members Bill Burlingame, Jim Brandenburg, Walt Christensen, Matt Hill, Erik Hoffman, Assessor Ray Koscak and Clerk Bridget Woods and Administrative Assistant Kim Cheney present.

Supervisors Hoffman/Christensen made a motion to appoint Matt Hill as chairman of the Board of Review, motion carried.
Supervisors Hill/Brandenburg mad a motion to appoint Erik Hoffman as vice-chairman of the Board of Review, motion carried.

The clerk verified that Matt Hill and Erik Hoffman are currently certified, completing the training this year.

The clerk verified the assessment roll has been signed by the Assessor.

The chairman asked the assessor to verify the assessment notices had been mailed at least 15 days prior to the Board of Review. The Assessor confirmed.

The chairman asked if any objection forms had been picked up and/or filed. The clerk confirmed that one objection form had been requested and that no objection form had been returned prior to the 48-hour deadline.

The Clerk stated the time was 6:40 pm and there were no objections to hear. The recording device was turned off.

At 8:28 pm the Clerk re-started the recording device, and the chairman indicated the Town of Koshkonong Board of Review for 2022 was now complete.
