This meeting was broadcast by ZOOM, recorded during open session only; there were no
attendees.

The Town Board appointed Supervisor Hoffman as acting Chairman in Chairperson Kim Cheney’s absence from this meeting.

Acting Chairman Hoffman called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at
5:30 PM. The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session
pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the
purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.
Supervisor Hill/Brandenburg motioned to convene into closed session at 5:32 PM. Motion
carried. Superintendent Dan Butz was included in closed session to assist with employment
considerations. The Clerk was asked to be included in closed session as well.
Return to open session and action if any from closed session.

Supervisor Brandenburg/Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 6:25 PM, motion carried.
Supervisor Hill/Jaeckel motioned to extend an offer of employment to Eaan Carson for the full-
time Public Works position, starting at $20/hour for a 90-day probational period. Motion carried.
Superintendent Dan Butz will notify applicants of decision.

Supervisor Hill/Brandenburg motioned to adjourn at 6:30 PM, motion carried.
