This meeting was broadcast by ZOOM, recorded during open session only; there were no
attendees.

Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at
6:30 PM.

The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session
pursuant to the provisions of section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the
purpose of Town Hall office staff annual reviews.
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to convene into closed session at 6:31 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hoffman.
Motion carried.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 6:51 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Hill.
Motion carried.

Supervisor Hoffman motioned to increase the Treasurer’s salary to $7,500.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.
Motion carried.

Adjournment
Supervisor Brandenburg motioned to adjourn at 6:52 PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.
Motion carried.
