At a properly noticed meeting, on July 12, 2023, with a quorum present, the Town Board of Koshkonong voted unanimously to amend Ordinance 528-2 with the following changes:

• Remove the excluded roads
• Strike wording of the nearest access or immediate path in and out
• Remove the 1-year sunset clause

Posted in the Jefferson County Daily Union on Friday, July 21, 2023, and on the Koshkonong website, as well as at the Town Hall. This amendment will take effect on August 21, 2023, and the full ordinance is available on the Koshkonong website, or from the Town Clerk.
