Chairperson Kim Cheney called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6PM.
The clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session
pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the
purpose of employee(s) reviews, employee considerations and employee compensations.
Supervisor Jaeckel/Brandenburg motioned to convene into closed session at 6:05 PM and include
the Public Works Superintendent and the Clerk. Motion carried.

Closed session was paused at 6:55 PM to begin the scheduled 7 PM Board meeting.
Closed session was resumed at the conclusion of the Board meeting at 8:38 PM.

Return to open session and action if any from closed session.
Supervisor Hill/Jaeckel motioned to return to open session at 9:04 PM, motion carried.

Supervisor Hill/Hoffman motioned for the following:
Dan Butz wage increase to $38.00
Dennis Fry wage increase to $20.00
Eaan Carson wage increase to $20.50 with caveat that upon completion of CDL, he’ll get an
additional $1.50 increase
Lucas Buckingham wage increase to $24.50
All wage increases to go into effect September 1, 2023
Motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel/Hoffman motioned to adjourn at 9:06 PM, motion carried.
