Please Take Notice that there will be a meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong, 7:00pm on Wednesday July 11, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall located at W5609 Star School Road, Fort Atkinson, WI. Following and incorporated herein is an Agenda that sets forth the subject matters to be considered at this meeting.

1. Call to order and verification of public meeting.

6. Discuss/Action for request made by AA Fundraiser LLC c/o Robert Pizur: Preliminary survey review and request to create a 1.935 acre lot A-2 lot from an existing A-3 at N1611 US Hwy.
7. Discuss/Action for request made by AA Fundraiser LLC/Robert Pizur: Conditional Use for proposed mini storage units at N1611 US Hwy 12, Fort Atkinson.
8. Discuss/Action for request made by C3 Acres LLC c/o Peter Newcomb (Remax): Preliminary survey review to create 3 lots. Lot 1 – create a 4 acre nonprime lot combination A3 building site with an approximately 31 acre Natural Resource zone. Lot 2 – create an approximately 3 acre A3 Farm Consolidation lot with existing house and buildings. Lot 3 – create a 2 acre A3 building site with an approximate 6 acre Nature Resource zone.

21. Closed Session. The Town Board will consider a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to the provisions of section 19.83 (1) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purpose of employee considerations and employee compensations and employee review.
