Notice is hereby given that at a properly noticed meeting held on February 11, 2026, with a quorum present, the Town Board of the Town of Koshkonong adopted the following ordinances:

1. Ordinance No. 20260211-1 – An ordinance amending Chapter 432, Right-of-Way
   Access, of the Town Code to remove the listed driveway permit fee and instead reference the Town Fee Schedule.
2. Ordinance No. 20260211-2 – An ordinance amending Chapter 466, Solid Waste and Recycling, of the Town Code to revise and implement required recycling program provisions under Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources regulations.

The full text of these ordinances is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be viewed during regular office hours or on the Town website at www.koshkonongwi.gov.

These ordinances shall take effect on March 25, 2026.
