Temporary ATV Route

The Town Board of the Town of Koshkonong has received a request to designate portion of Cold Spring Road as an ATV route from the Cold Spring Riders, a local 4-wheeler club. Upon discussion from the Town Board, ATV club and local residents the following resolution has been developed.

The Town Board of the Town of Koshkonong, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, has the specific authority under Wisconsin State Statute 82.03 to adopt this resolution for the temporary ATV route designation.
