1. Call to order and verification of public meeting

The Chairperson called the meeting of the Town Board of Koshkonong to order at 6:00 PM, and the Clerk verified the proper postings had been made.

2. Pledge of Allegiance

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

4. Discuss/Motion RFP proposal review & reward

Chairperson Cheney explained the DOT rejected the Town of Koshkonong’s application as we received too few proposals after the initial request. Another RFP was issued and we have received 5 proposals back. Chairperson has reviewed all and spoke on qualifications of each firm. Brian Udovich, with Cedar Corporation, present; spoke and presented Cedar’s proposal.
Todd Needham, with Batterman, present via phonecall; spoke and presented Batterman’s proposal.
Chairperson Cheney motioned to award the RFP to Cedar Corporation.
Seconded by Supervisor Jaeckel.
Supervisor Brandenburg acknowledged both firms were very qualified; favored Cedar.
All in favor. Motion carried.

Supervisor Jaeckel motioned to adjourn at 6:28PM.
Seconded by Supervisor Brandenburg.
No further discussion, all in favor. Motion carried.
